I focus on building reliable, real-world systems: automation scripts, desktop applications, and database-backed projects. I enjoy solving technical problems end-to-end, from system design to implementation and debugging.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering at Toronto Metropolitan University (expected graduation 2027).

  • Managed and created user profiles on a domain with 1000+ users.
  • Troubleshot hardware/software issues on POS systems, computers, and kiosks.
  • Deployed and maintained Oracle Micros POS and peripheral hardware.
  • Resolved and communicated incidents through Jira ticketing workflows.
  • Configured Cisco IP phones via Cisco Unified Communications Manager.
  • Used PowerShell scripts to troubleshoot Windows 10/11 systems.
